Cancellation Policy

Please allow 48 hours for online booking confirmation. You will receive a second confirmation message from The Green Lass, LLC directly confirming your appointment details with a confirmed booking and, if a first time client, some paperwork to fill out prior to your first consultation. Payment is expected at the time of any service provided. PAYMENT IS NOT TAKEN THROUGH WEBSITE CHECKOUT - WEBSITE IS ONLY USED FOR BOOKING SESSIONS. Session length for services not charged by the hour are approximate, such as rune casting and first time client sessions, and are charged by the service itself rather than by length of time spent in session. Any session booked online but not confirmed by a second booking confirmation, text, or phone is considered lost in cyber-space and will need to be re-scheduled.
